My Outlook PST files (30+GB) were still accessible but running off a hard-drive that had started to fail with bad sectors. I was unable to clone the drive or copy the PST files to a new location. Recovery toolbox was able to rebuild my data files as a new data file on a replacement drive location and continue to use my mail file after the recovery process. Tried many other recommended solutions but none were able to help with the recovery apart from the recovery toolbox for outlook. Try to recover your data to separate files, it may help.
